Every design is manually digitized in Wilcom (V9 and E2) with no auto-digitizing, delivering machine-ready files like DST, PES, and EMB for Tajima, Brother, Barudan, and other machines, plus vector art conversion for screen printing, DTF, laser engraving, and signs. Services include logo digitizing, left chest, cap and hat digitizing, 3D puff, jacket back, applique, small text, custom patches, and raster to vector conversion, priced at $15–$25 for left chest and cap designs and $1 per 1,000 stitches for larger designs, with standard 2–4 hour delivery and 1–2 hour rush at no extra charge.
