Build a Technical Career From Day One
Technical Service Associate
We’re a young, ambitious company with a well-developed plan for growth, preparing to launch a premium online store, showroom and service workshop in Yerevan. We bring international professionalism to everything we do, and we’re looking for someone to grow with us. You’ll help build our service side, and we’ll build your expertise along the way.
What you’ll do
• Help launch our online store, our office and our showroom
• Build products from scratch with the world’s most prestigious brands in our field, which we represent as their agent
• Work hands-on in our workshop with a full 3D scanning and 3D printing workflow
• Learn to maintain and repair our entire range, from spare parts to performance upgrades
• Look after our customers with friendly, expert advice on the right product, parts and upgrades
• Grow into running our service desk as Technical Service Lead
What you’ll learn
Electronics, power systems, drivetrains, wireless control systems, spare parts and performance upgrades, 3D printing and scanning. We’ll train you in retail and customer service, and you’ll bring the curiosity and drive to master the technical side hands-on. You don’t need to arrive knowing everything.

• Advanced certified training in electronics, embedded systems or robotics, or a degree in a related field
• Fluent Armenian, Russian and English, spoken and written
• Basic knowledge of CAD and 3D mesh editing software (for example Solid Edge, Blender)
• A curiosity for how things work, the drive to teach yourself, and a friendly, customer-first attitude
• An advantage: hands-on experience repairing consumer electronics or mechanical products
What we offer
• Competitive pay, based on your skills
• A clear path from Technical Service Associate to Technical Service Lead
• Training that grows with you
• Possible overseas training opportunities with our brand partners
• Company uniform provided
• A wide range of transferable skills, from electronics and 3D printing to customer service and retail operations, that stay with you throughout your career
