So now we are looking for a Sales Manager to join our team.
We consider candidates from various fields of B2B sales. After all, the main thing is the ability to interact with customers and build trusting relationships.
- Searching for potential clients (leads);
- Processing of leads (both those found independently and those coming from other sources);
- Leads qualification and identifying their needs;
- Drafting commercial proposals together with Production Team;
- Sales contracts negotiation to close deals;
- Liaising with the back office to draw up the deal documents, heanding over the deal to the Production Team;
- Collecting feedback from the client during and after the project;
- Seeking out for cross-sell and upsell opportunities.
- 2+ years of B2B sales experience;
- Experience in using CRM;
- Strong communication skills, ability to deliver the value of the product to the client;
- Solid knowledge of Armenian, English and Russian;
- Understanding the difference between Waterfall and Agile (Fixed Price vs T&M) will be a huge adventage;
- Experience working with Product, Engineering and Marketing teams will be an adventage ;
- Experience as a Software Developer, Analyst, Project Manager, Product Manager will be an advantage.
