Sales Representative for High-end Tableware Supply
• Has (or can establish) a solid network of contacts in hotels and restaurantsAbility to sell high end tableware (plates, glassware, cutleries, staff uniform and other dining accessories)
• Maintains and monitors existing client satisfaction and needs
• Establish new accounts and obtain orders by planning and organizing daily work schedule to call on or visit to potential clients
• Keeps management informed by submitting activity and results reports, such as daily call reports, weekly work plans, and monthly territory analyses.
• Knowledgeable in the use of business email and Microsoft office
• Monitors competition by gathering current marketplace information on pricing, products, new products, delivery schedules, and merchandising techniques
• Recommends changes in products, service, and policy by evaluating results and competitive developments
• Resolves customer complaints by investigating problems, developing solutions, preparing reports, and making recommendations to management
• Ideally someone who can drive and has a valid driving license
• Full salary and commission rate to be discussed during the interview
