Job Description

The Geomotiv team is looking for a HR Assistant with a combination of duties of an office manager in Yerevan, Armenia.
In this position, we expect to see a specialist who will flawlessly find candidates and will be actively involved in ongoing office life!

Develop office policies and procedures and ensure their appropriate implementation;
Purchase office stationery, water, drinks, groceries, and other things that enable comfortable life of the office;
Manage office budgeting;
Work with a corporate database, manage the entire cycle of personnel records, and execute all related documents;
Apply the Labor Code acts and legislation norms;
Oversee and support all administrative duties in the office and ensure its proper operation;
Identify opportunities for process and office management improvements, design and implement new systems;
Provide other administrative support as necessary, including scheduling group meetings, maintaining calendars, doing research, and creating reports;
Participate actively in corporate organizations;
Register employee recruitment, transfer, movement, and dismissal procedures;
Register all personnel orders;
Account for the provision of vacations to employees, schedule vacations, etc.

At least 1 year of experience in office management or an administrative assistant role;
Strong task and time management skills;
Self-starting and result-driven attitude;
Strong communication and negotiation skills;
Strong problem-solving skills and analytical abilities;
Good knowledge of Microsoft products;
English level – Intermediate;
Russian level – Upper-Intermediate;
Activity, independence, perseverance, responsibility, attentiveness;
Ability to make decisions and work in a team.
