WHAT TO EXPECT:
— calendar management, planning and scheduling calls and appointments
— managing personal and business contacts
— managing knowledge database (Notion)
— search for freelancers and contractors, control and payments (Upwork, Fiverr, Youdo, etc).
— task management, reminders, composing meeting notes
— wide variety of other assignments
MUST-HAVES:
— An active life position!
— English, B1 or higher is a must.
— High availability via cell, messengers during our business hours but not limited to
— Strong self-organisation and self-management skills
NICE-TO-HAVES:
– You are speaking Russian
– You are interested in IT, venture industry, startups, business in general 🙂
– You have EU, USA visas open
– You are experienced user of LinkedIn
CONDITIONS:
— 2 months probationary period
— hybrid working mode, you choose your office hours according to your goals and preferences
— compensation of cell/internet expenses
— laptop could be provided after a probation
— your workload will start with 2-4 hours a day, increasing after first-second month
— your compensation will follow your workload 🙂
— later you can focus on a particular branch of business and become lead, manager, director, if you want to.
