Position Overview
We are seeking a passionate and creative Content Creator Intern in the final year of university studies to join our team. As a Content Creator Intern, you will play a pivotal role in developing and executing engaging content that educates, informs, and challenges stereotypes surrounding Armenians. This role offers an exciting opportunity to contribute to a meaningful cause while gaining practical experience in content creation, research, and digital advocacy.
This is a role for independent self-starters with good time management skills.
Responsibilities
- Collaborate with the management team to conceptualize, create, and curate compelling content, including social media posts, infographics, videos, and more.
- Conduct research to ensure accurate and impactful content.
- Search and extract informative, and well-researched articles and blog posts that promote tolerance and combat Armenophobia.
- Generate ideas for multimedia content that supports our mission and engages with the audience.
- Monitor social media trends, conversations, and relevant news to inform content strategy.
- Contribute to NGO’s brainstorming sessions.
Requirements
- Strong passion for promoting tolerance, diversity, and combating Armenophobia.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English (knowledge of more international languages will be an advantage)
- Solid research skills and ability to distill complex information into engaging content.
- Familiarity with social media platforms and content trends.
- Creativity and ability to think outside the box to create fresh and impactful content.
- A basic understanding of graphic design principles and tools is a plus.
- Self-motivated, proactive, and able to work independently and as part of a team.
- Openness to constructive feedback and a willingness to learn and grow.
- Availability to commit up to 20 hours per week for the internship duration.
