Business Research Analyst


Job Description

  •  Collect and analyze data on customer preferences, market needs, and consumer buying habits and translate the data into valuable insights.

  • Actively engage product owner, development teams to translate solution needs into actionable user stories.

  • Perform/coordinate user acceptance testing to ensure functionality meets business needs before each product release.

  • Use data analysis techniques to assess processes, determine requirements, and deliver data-driven recommendations and reports to product management.

  • Actively engage in the product management process to support the development of quantifiable use cases in driving product value decisions.

  • Organize and analyze data, create charts and graphs, and present the findings to the company leadership.

  • Analyze data using statistical software


  •  BA/MS in economics, finance, statistics, computer science, or related field.

  • 4+ years of experience in a similar role at preferably consumer-focused product companies.

  •  Ability to manipulate large, complex data into clear, manageable, and understandable reports and provide recommendations for organizational use.

  • Be fluent in requirements engineering and analysis tools (such as Confluence, IBM DOORS or similar) and CRM tools

  • Experience working in an Agile environment.

  • Experience collecting, interpreting, and organizing data.

  •  Ability to present findings to company management with clear and concise action advice.

  • Exceptional problem solving and communication skills.
