Job Description

Collect and analyze data on customer preferences, market needs, and consumer buying habits and translate the data into valuable insights.

Actively engage product owner, development teams to translate solution needs into actionable user stories.

Perform/coordinate user acceptance testing to ensure functionality meets business needs before each product release.

Use data analysis techniques to assess processes, determine requirements, and deliver data-driven recommendations and reports to product management.

Actively engage in the product management process to support the development of quantifiable use cases in driving product value decisions.

Organize and analyze data, create charts and graphs, and present the findings to the company leadership.

Analyze data using statistical software
Requirements
-
BA/MS in economics, finance, statistics, computer science, or related field.

4+ years of experience in a similar role at preferably consumer-focused product companies.

Ability to manipulate large, complex data into clear, manageable, and understandable reports and provide recommendations for organizational use.

Be fluent in requirements engineering and analysis tools (such as Confluence, IBM DOORS or similar) and CRM tools

Experience working in an Agile environment.

Experience collecting, interpreting, and organizing data.

Ability to present findings to company management with clear and concise action advice.

Exceptional problem solving and communication skills.
